Payment Policies
- Allowed Cancellation: Yes
- Time allowed to free: Day of arrival (6 pm)
- Fee cancel for booking: 100% of the first night
• Cancellations of above 20 days before the arrival will result to a 50% penalty of the whole package prices. Cancellations of less than 20 days, will result into a 100% penalty of the whole price in cancellation fees.
• In all the above programs the transfers between the islands are with the normal ferries – Guests can use high speed boats only in case that there is no connection with normal ferry the same day, without any extra charge.
• The hotels booked for the guests are anonymous and are booked accordingly to the star rating of the package that is booked.
• Governmental Tourist tax is not included in the price, which is paid upon arrival at each hotel. For hotels 1-2 stars, the tax is 0.50 euros per night per room, for 3-star hotels it is 1.5 euros per night per room for 4-star hotels the tax is 3.00 euros per night per room and for 5-star hotels the tax is 4.00 euros per night per room.
